Sarah Derendinger has presented her video installations in exhibitions, at festivals, in public spaces and on numerous stages, including in Vienna, Zurich, Basel, Munich, Mannheim and Madrid, the Berlin State Opera, the English National Opera in London and the Opéra national de Paris. Alongside Jossi Wieler, Jürgen Flimm, Barbora Horáková Joly, Heiner Goebbels, Elisabeth Stöppeler, Olivier Fredj and Andrea Moses, she has worked regularly with Calixto Bieito since 2013. She was awarded the "Premis de la critica 2017" for video design for the production of Bernardo Atxaga's play "Obabakoak" at the Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao. Future projects will take her to Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam, Geneva and Brussels, among others.
